WHO WE ARE
“Crane Control Systems”, “CCS”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Crane Control Systems, a Indian company with registered office at Dattawadi akuurdi pune .411035.
“You” or “Customer” means any person or entity that purchases Products through the Site.ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order you accept these Terms in full. They override any purchase order or other document you send us. We may change the Terms at any time; the version in force on the date you order applies.ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. Business customers warrant that the person ordering is authorised to bind the entity.PRODUCTS & SPECIFICATIONS
a) Spare parts and electronic components are advertised for industrial / commercial use unless otherwise stated.
b) All drawings, weights, dimensions and performance data are approximate—please check suitability before ordering.
c) We are a distributor; goods remain the property of their respective OEMs and any OEM warranties pass through to you.PRICING & TAXES
Prices are shown in [INR exclusive of delivery, insurance and customs duties unless expressly stated. We add VAT/sales tax at the statutory rate based on the shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if the correct price is higher we will contact you before despatch.PAYMENT
Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfer or approved credit account. Title (ownership) in the goods passes to you only when we have received cleared funds in full.SHIPPING & RISK
a) Delivery dates are estimates. Time is not of the essence.
b) Risk of loss or damage passes on physical hand-over to the first carrier.
c) You must inspect goods immediately and notify us and the carrier of visible damage within 48 h.CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER (NON-FAULTY GOODS)
You may cancel any standard catalogue item for any reason within 14 days after the day you (or your nominee) receive it. Custom-configured, programmed, built-to-order, obsolete or OEM-drop-ship items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once work has commenced. See the separate Refund Policy for the return procedure.WARRANTY
a) New electronic parts: 12 months from invoice date.
b) Surplus / obsolete parts: 90 days unless the OEM offers longer.
c) We will, at our option, repair, replace or credit faulty parts returned under RMA within the warranty period.
d) The warranty does not cover: misuse, incorrect installation, alteration, accident, normal wear, or parts used outside their published specification.
e) Labour, downtime, freight or consequential loss are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.LIABILITY
Our aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the price paid for the goods that give rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of production, loss of profit or data.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All manuals, software, firmware or configuration files supplied remain the property of the OEM or CCS and are licensed, not sold. You may not reverse-engineer, de-compile or redistribute them without written consent.EXPORT CONTROL
Products may be subject to U.S., EU, UK or other export regulations. You confirm that you will not re-export or transfer goods to embargoed countries or restricted parties in violation of those laws.FORCE MAJEURE
We are excused for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply-chain disruptions, freight embargoes or cyber-incidents.GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India .Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pune , subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws in your home jurisdiction if you are an EU/UK consumer.SEVERANCE & WAIVER
If any clause is unenforceable the rest survive. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.CONTACT
